Pumpkin Treats!

I made a treat for the dogs the other night. 1 can plain pumpkin 1 can’s worth of yogurt (it may have been plain vs vanilla) 3/4 can’s worth of water (use to rinse out can before adding) Put it in my blender and made a gross smoothy. It was thinner than I wanted but it still works.

Some Progress

I had to go into L’s bank today (I call it Fells Wargo) and I took Quinn. She wore her leather harness for the first time. Harness: Oy. I’m not sure it is going to work for us. It is actually slightly big for her still. And it doesn’t just slip on, strap it, go. It is more along

Training Begins!

Today was Errand Day, also known as Monday. Quinn went with us everywhere but did not go into any place we went. She did learn some table manners when we ate outside at Nick’s (a wonderful Greek kinda place with wonderful burgers). She’s been there before but this time, I had her do

Forgive me?

I keep forgetting I have this website. And when I do remember, I’m like “Oh, I got to go update that!”. As you can tell, I do a wonderful job on follow-through. Quinn has a page on Facebook and I have a bad habit of only updating there. And I tell funny stories about her nearly

Take, Get, and Give

In terms of dog cues (commands, requests, whatever) take and get are a lot alike. TAKE is that thing I have in my hand, or that person has in their hand, please get it for me GET is that thing over there, on the floor, table, wherever, please get it for me And both are rather useless without the
